Job Description
The Global Payroll Coordinator is responsible for supporting and processing payroll for employees across multiple countries in EMEA and APAC and preparing monthly payroll entries for relevant regions. This role ensures compliance with local regulations, accurate payroll processing, and timely payments. The coordinator will work closely with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to maintain payroll data integrity and resolve any payroll-related issues.
Accurately process monthly payroll for international employees, including calculating wages, overtime, deductions, statutory payments, benefit payments and taxes. Ensure payroll practices comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies. Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
Collaborate with HR, finance, and external payroll providers to ensure seamless payroll operations. Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries promptly.
