The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional execution skills who can optimize and scale our operational processes to support hundreds of venture capital firms globally. Oversee the operational infrastructure of our fund administration business, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our growing portfolio of VC firms. Develop and implement operational strategies that balance efficiency, quality, and scalability while delivering a delightful experience for our clients. Collaborate with product teams to align roadmap priorities with customer feedback and rollout initiatives. Build and lead a high-performing team of fund operations and customer success professionals across multiple time zones. Create and manage benchmarks and reporting systems to drive continuous operational improvement and best-in-class customer service. Ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Drive automation and process optimization.
