Role Overview:

• We are seeking a Healthcare Accountant/Controller to join our finance team and drive financial health.
• This role offers exposure to financial reporting, payroll, bookkeeping, and healthcare reimbursement.
• Ideal for an accountant with healthcare experience looking to broaden responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger and reconciliations.
• Process payroll, oversee AP/AR, and prepare financial statements.
• Support month-end close, audit preparation, and revenue cycle partnership.

Qualifications:

• Healthcare accounting experience required; behavioral health preferred.
• CPA preferred but not required; strong Excel and accounting software skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
