About the role:
- Staff Product Designer to own GrantOS, the foundational platform layer.
- Report to Head of Design, own design end-to-end across Platform and Core.
What you'll do:
- Lead design from discovery through shipping, including zero-to-one product development.
- Set platform design standards and act as a force multiplier for the design team.
- Conduct user research and partner strategically with product and engineering leads.
What we're looking for:
- 8+ years of product design experience, including senior/staff level in B2B SaaS.
- Proven 0-to-1 product ownership and strong systems thinking.
- Experience with design systems and mentoring other designers.
