As the Manager of AI Engineering at Apptegy, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading the vision, strategy, and execution of our AI initiatives. Lead and Manage the AI Engineering Team by guiding, mentoring, and supporting a growing team of AI engineers while fostering a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and innovation.

Drive Strategic AI Initiatives by partnering with engineering and product leadership to define and execute Apptegy’s AI strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the key liaison between engineering, product management, design, and leadership teams to translate technical insights into business value.

Technical Oversight: Provide technical leadership in AI design, architecture, and integration ensuring AI best practices for security, ethics, observability, and clean code.
