Education Services Practice Director - North America and Europe

Veeva Education Services designs and delivers training and certification programs that drive the successful implementation, administration, and adoption of Veeva products. Serving customers, partners, and employees, our mission is to build a competent ecosystem of Veeva users worldwide. This role is critical to scaling training offerings to meet the needs of a rapidly expanding market. Reporting to the VP Education Services, the Practice Director will oversee a distributed team of technical instructors and training coordinators ensuring their success. The successful candidate is adept at developing people and running a business, managing profitable training P&L. They bring strong analytical skills to assess delivery team contributions through process, metrics, and planning. They guide the instructor team in adopting new methods and tools to deliver innovative training services. The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution will be critical to scaling operations and achieving results in this high-impact role.
