Role Overview:
- Lead the migration from a general-purpose work-management backend to a purpose-built case platform.
- Own the case lifecycle and data model end to end, partnering with Engineering, SOC leadership, and UX.
- Mentor other Product Managers and raise the bar for product thinking across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the case data model and record of evidence, entities, timelines, actions, approvals, and outcomes.
- Drive build, buy, or extend decisions with Engineering and Architecture.
- Own two-way case synchronization with customers' ticketing platforms like ServiceNow and Jira.
