As Developer Experience Event Manager, you will plan, manage, and execute high-impact events and developer-facing activations that strengthen Xsolla's presence in games, tech, and developer communities.
You'll work closely with the Director of Experiential Marketing and Developer Relations to deliver world-class in-person and online experiences from concept to on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead event strategy, logistics, and on-site execution for conferences, meetups, hackathons, and activations tied to major platform launches.
Manage partnerships, sponsorships, budgets, and vendor negotiations across multiple currencies and regions.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to build campaigns, event listings, and branded assets, and track leads and ROI in CRM systems.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of event management or experiential marketing experience in gaming, tech, or software.
Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and brand alignment.
Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours to support global time zones.
