This role involves forging strategic relationships with channel partners to help them develop, support and sell our solutions, acting as the primary technical contact for end users interested in purchasing WatchGuard product lines. The individual will train and support partners, provide demos, assist in customer evaluations & Proof of Concepts (POCs), deliver technical enablement, and answer customer questions. Responsibilities include identifying, developing, and expanding technical relationships with key reseller partners, driving revenue growth, and assisting field sales with pre-sales and post-sales support. The role also involves increasing product adoption through tradeshows and training, coordinating inter-departmental resources, and resolving partner and customer issues.
