Product Leadership:
- Define the direction, scope, and priority of projects, from high-level initiatives to specific features and user stories.
- Collaborate with designers, business analysts, and technical leads to discover and synthesize market research, user needs, and business requirements.
Accounting & Technology Integration:
- Provide expert knowledge in accounting practices and software, including experience with system conversions and integrations.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth system integrations and monitoring, and troubleshoot implementation issues.
- Identify potential areas for process improvement and suggest changes to enhance efficiency.
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders and represent Nava's user-centric approach in discovery meetings.
- Develop and review program documentation and training content, and answer specific queries based on expert accounting and software knowledge.
- Generate strong product plans and build buy-in across the team, government partners, and other contractors.
