Job Description

Manage the recruiting process from job posting to accepted offer, including managing an ATS pipeline, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting 6-10 phone interviews per day, gauging position and company fit, and making verbal offers as determined. Manage applicant tracking system workflow and keep stages updated appropriately. Build strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships to learn the needs and nuances of each market and branch. Partner with TA team to support high volume needs or PTO coverage as needed. Identify and address gaps in the recruitment process and hiring matrix, continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Other duties as assigned.
