You will resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, shipping, and product detail, collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, following company procedures, and providing support between 20-40 hours per week after an initial 10-hour training period. Availability during various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is necessary. Candidates should have experience in a customer-facing role, strong computer skills, and excellent communication abilities.
