Partner with Product Management to translate customer needs and field insights into actionable product improvements and roadmap priorities
Lead the standardization and development of scalable implementation methodologies and best practices for portfolio accounting and operational workflows
Lead enterprise software implementations from kickoff through go-live for Ridgeline’s cloud platform.
Define project scope, schedules, deliverables, and success criteria in partnership with customer and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and assign responsibilities to maintain alignment and accountability across project workstreams.
