- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for back-office investment workflows
- Partner with Product Management to translate customer needs and field insights
- Lead the standardization and development of scalable implementation methodologies
What we look for:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing investment management software
- Deep knowledge of institutional investment operations including equities, derivatives, FX, fixed income, and structured products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bonus:
- Experience leading SaaS implementations in investment management environments
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience working with tools such as JIRA and Confluence
