Proposal and Compliance Associate

Support business development and proposal activities by ensuring contract documentation, opportunity tracking, and internal systems are maintained and in alignment with federal regulations and company standards. Daily tasks include compliance checks, volume reviews, and proposal folder organization. As our ideal candidate, you have a strong understanding of federal procurement processes and are able to translate that knowledge into effective organizational practices. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, and strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure that all business development and compliance activities are executed efficiently and accurately.
