Role Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of senior engineers and build out a second team in Poland.
- Manage the Hippo Plus product end-to-end, setting technical direction and delivery.
- Work with Product Managers on the roadmap, ensuring balance of technical excellence and user benefit.
Requirements:
- Strong software engineering background with experience leading a technical team during scaling.
- Experience with distributed remote teams and a focus on end-user solutions.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js and React; fluent English and communicative Polish.
