Responsibilities:
- Guide and mentor a diverse engineering team, instilling values of kindness, quality, and ownership.
- Coordinate with peers across the business to solve complex problems and ensure team success.
- Lead by example in agile software delivery and continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years managing engineers in a product development environment.
- 5+ years as a software developer on agile teams.
- Proven ability to mentor, grow, and manage cross-functional squads.
Bonus Qualities:
- Experience with Ruby on Rails, React, iOS (Swift), or Android (Kotlin).
- Background managing teams in multi-squad companies with shared platforms.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
