This role involves driving strategic growth across the brand-new pillar by engaging with potential partners, identifying and acquiring new opportunities, and building long-term relationships. As a Business Development Manager, you will engage with potential partners to develop long-term strategic relationships and growth plays for Pleo Embedded. You will develop and execute strategic partner plans to identify and acquire new B2B partners across Europe. You will conduct in-depth market research to uncover target industries, key prospects, and emerging trends within the European fintech landscape. You will proactively generate leads through targeted outreach, industry events, digital channels, and your professional network. You will develop a deep understanding of partner needs and challenges β and bring learnings from Pleoβs 40,000+ customers to create compelling, win-win propositions. You will conduct engaging product demos and presentations that clearly articulate the value of Pleo Embedded. You will build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at partner organisations.
