$75,000–$90,000/yr

Learning Design/Development:

  • Conduct analyses to identify skill and knowledge gaps to improve performance on the job.
  • Design and develop elearning courses, microlearning, and assessments.
  • Measure training effectiveness through learner feedback, assessments, and performance outcomes.

Learning Systems Administration:

  • Manage our current LMS end-to-end, including integration with our HRIS.
  • Upload, test, and manage the lifecycle of training content.
  • Utilize LMS tools and Microsoft Excel to generate, analyze, and interpret learning system data into meaningful dashboards and reports.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in instructional design in a business setting.
  • Minimum 1-year of experience with direct responsibility for LMS administration.
