This role will ensure that HR systems and technology align to support both the day-to-day work and long-term goals of the HR team. The Senior Manager will lead initiatives to enhance and, when necessary, redesign HR processes to improve efficiency, data integrity, and user experience. The Senior Manager serve as liaison between HR, Payroll and IT departments and Supervise and develop team members.
As the HR Operations Center Coordinator, you will work under close supervision and follow specific procedures and detailed instructions, via various platforms in our HR Operations Center (HROC). This position provides quality and timely customer service in response to incoming and outgoing inquiries, employee record management and employee lifecycle support which requires exceptional problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a deep commitment to delivering a superior customer experience.
