Job Description
This role will ensure that HR systems and technology align to support both the day-to-day work and long-term goals of the HR team. The Senior Manager will lead initiatives to enhance and, when necessary, redesign HR processes to improve efficiency, data integrity, and user experience. Lead the sourcing, selection, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of all HR systems to meet the needs of HXPβs and its subsidiariesβ global talent footprint. Serve as liaison between HR, Payroll and IT departments. Ensure data security and compliance and conduct ongoing audit and quality assurance to ensure data integrity. Monitor and improve data collection and reporting procedures for efficiency. Lead initiatives, to ensure global employment compliance and to streamline workflows and optimize how HR functional leads interact with HR systems, automating processes whenever possible. The Senior Manager will also support and/or lead special HR projects as needed.
