As a Project Manager at Vanta, you will partner closely with PMM, Demand Gen, Brand and Operations teams to execute multi-channel campaigns and act as the central point of coordination between internal and external stakeholders and partners and facilitate effective communication across workstreams. You will drive campaign planning processes, working with stakeholders to define goals, workback schedules and KPIs. You will proactively identify risks, propose contingency plans and escalate issues to ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns. You should have a strong grasp of marketing, and have experience launching multi-channel go-to-market strategies. Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines is required. Excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complexity into clear action plans is needed. You should be able to thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable with shifting priorities. The ability to anticipate roadblocks and proactively resolve them is essential. Experience working with project management tools like Asana and JIRA will help you be more effective.
