Job Description
Consultation and Support: Provide virtual consultation services to managers and HR, respond to leadership inquiries, and develop relationships with HR and key stakeholders.
EAP Coordination: Coordinate site-specific activities, organize orientations and trainings, and ensure visiting affiliate counselors are prepared.
Crisis Intervention: Provide support for critical incident response, threat assessment referrals, and fitness for duty evaluations, including follow-up after significant onsite events.
Case Management: Provide case management for US employees preparing for international assignments and for mandatory Drug Free Workplace Program referrals.
Documentation and Compliance: Complete timely and accurate documentation, track daily activities, and attend monthly Supplier Integration meetings.
