Job Description

In this role, the Procurement Manager will run the end-to-end procurement process, manage supplier relationships, and ensure the cost-effective sourcing of SaaS, IT and Non-IT professional services essential to the company’s operational and technological needs. They will work closely with various departments to meet their procurement needs and help maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations while contributing to refining procurement processes to improve efficiency and scalability. The Procurement Manager will lead strategic sourcing and manage the RFP process across key spend categories, including SaaS, Professional Services, IT Infrastructure, and HR, to drive value and support business objectives. They will also identify areas for improvement in procurement processes, and recommend and implement best practices to enhance efficiency. The role involves generating and analysing procurement reports to track spending and ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
