Job Description
Own all MLF segment sales enablement: Design, deliver, and continuously improve enablement programs for the MLF sales team - including onboarding, training, process rollouts, and creation of sales materials. Leverage content generated by other teams and develop original enablement resources tailored to the needs of the segment. Serve as the segmentβs lead for partner-related activities: Act as the primary representative for all MLF partner initiatives, including organizing and facilitating partner workshops, launches, trainings, and events. Build strong relationships with partners, ensuring alignment and maximizing mutual success. Drive execution of the partner reseller program: Lead the rollout and ongoing management of the partner reseller program within the MLF sales team. Ensure sales teams are prepared to work with partners, track and support program performance, and facilitate readiness through targeted enablement and communications.
