As a User Access Team Leader, you’ll oversee a team of 4 analysts responsible for managing all user access requirements for our internal staff, including Joiners, Movers, Leavers and additional access requests. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring all access processes are secure, efficient and meet both performance KPIs and strict security controls, while driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include leading and supporting the team, ensuring compliance with security policies, monitoring performance against KPIs, acting as an escalation point, and driving a culture of continuous improvement by refining processes, improving efficiency, and enhancing the user experience.
