Principal Data Scientist

Who You Are:

• You are passionate about leveraging data, machine learning/AI and operational execution to improve patient outcomes.
• You have rich experience with health plan (claims, eligibility, pharmacy) and clinical (EMR, HIE) data.
• You are a deeply collaborative leader who can bridge the gap between clinical strategy, operational execution and technology.

Your Role:

• Own our machine learning strategy and execution and build foundational infrastructure for scaling ML implementations.
• Build analytics data models in DBT and develop predictive models to identify target patient cohorts.
• Analyze clinical data, program performance, and workflow data to support executive and operational dashboards.
