Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

As the Chief Financial Officer, you will own the entire finance function—from accounting and controls to strategic planning, capital allocation, and automation. You’ll work directly with the CEO and Executive Team to build a high-performance financial system that fuels growth and supports our evolution from a services-led organization to a product-driven, AI-enabled growth engine. Your mission is to build a world-class financial foundation that combines governance and growth discipline targeting $EBIT > 20\% with SaaS scalability and automation, preparing InfoTrust for its next stage of scale and optionality. This role involves strategic leadership in financial planning, accounting, compliance, financial operations, AI and automation of financial systems, SaaS and revenue enablement, leadership and culture development within the finance team and philanthropy and global stewardship.
