Senior Software Engineer

Accountabilities:

• Own feature delivery by independently scoping, planning, implementing, and delivering features within the Connected Supplier domain.
• Contribute to system architecture discussions considering performance, scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to break initiatives into clear milestones and deliverables.

Technical Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience in a SaaS environment.
• Strong fundamentals in system design, relational databases, API development, and scalable architecture.
• Hands-on experience with React, PHP, Python, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Culture and Collaboration:

• Work effectively across Product, Design, and Engineering while communicating technical concepts clearly.
• Support and mentor fellow engineers in a collaborative, inclusive, and remote-first culture.
• Proactively identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to make the team more effective.
