Responsibilities:
- Train and coach employees on procedures related to the software via in-person, videoconference, and webinar.
- Identify and suggest opportunities for operational and product improvements.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of clinical flow and previous EHR software experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills.
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time remote position with extensive travel (75% throughout the US).
