Full-Stack Software Developer - Senior (Product Squad)

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you'll play a key role in building reliable, secure, and scalable web applications. You'll contribute across the stack while helping to elevate team standards and development practices. You will build end-to-end Solutions by designing, building, and maintaining features across both front-end and back-end systems with a strong focus on performance and user experience. You will make smart tech decisions by selecting appropriate tools and frameworks to solve problems effectively, considering long-term maintainability and business impact. You will champion code quality by writing clean, testable, and efficient code, and lead by example through thoughtful code reviews and best practice sharing. You will improve how we work by continuously looking for ways to optimize our development processes, whether through automation, better tooling, or smarter workflows. You will lead and mentor, supporting the growth of your teammates by providing technical guidance, mentoring, and contributing to a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
