Senior Technical Recruiter (Fixed Term)

As a Senior Technical Recruiter (Fixed-Term), you will develop collaborative relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring goals and act as a thought partner in building out their orgs. You will source, screen, and close a diverse and high-performing set of candidates across our product management, design, and data teams. Advocate for top candidate experience by setting expectations, communicating timely updates, and providing actionable feedback. Work with the Talent team on projects that supports the whole teams’ goals. Continuously evaluate the efficacy of our processes and drive operational improvements and efficiencies to help up level our team. Mentor, train, and share best practices with other members of the team; Webflow will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.
