We're looking for a rare operator who can figure out what needs to happen and execute.
You'll own growth initiatives end-to-end across recruiting, reactivation, and new audience acquisition.
You'll work across functions and bring structure to ambiguous problems.

What You'll Own:

GM: Own acquisition, reactivation, and retention across contributor pools with a focus on quality.
Platform engagement: Increase work done on the platform through experimentation and scaling what works.
Workforce recruiting: Define approach for acquiring specialized contributors via marketing and partnerships.
