Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI transformation engagements as the single accountable lead, from scoping through SOW, kickoff, execution, closure, and expansion.
- Manage engagement scope, timeline, budget, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
- Travel to customer sites (10–20%) for workshops, milestones, and relationship building.

- Customers move from proof-of-value to production adoption with sustained Claude usage growth.
- Engineering teams you've supported measurably change how they build software.
- Strong customer satisfaction, referenceable outcomes, and working relationships with Anthropic account teams.
