Technical Recruiter

As a Technical Recruiter you will report directly to the Technical Recruiting Manager and support hiring in Engineering, Trading and IT. Be a full-cycle recruiting expert who excels at closing and candidate experience while sourcing a rich pipeline of candidates. Be the primary interface for hiring managers as you develop pipelines of rarified talent and guide them through our rigorous process. Responsibilities include partnering closely with Technical hiring managers to support their growth efforts, ensuring hiring goals and quality standards are met, and contributing to sourcing a rich pipeline of rarified technical talent. Manage the offer process, own the candidate experience and improve the recruiting efforts overall.
