People & Culture Leader

As a strategic and hands-on leader, you will drive Playson’s People & Culture vision, scale a high-performance, feedback-driven culture, challenge the status quo, and act as a trusted partner to the leadership team. You will manage a cross-functional squad (People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Partners, and Talent Sourcers) and work closely with leaders across the business to build the cultural foundations that empower teams to perform, grow, and evolve with the company. You will design and drive People & Culture initiatives that align with Playson’s values, shaping an organizational culture rooted in ownership, curiosity, and trust, act as a key advisor to senior leadership and oversee strategic hiring plans. You will lead and support initiatives around team growth, reorgs, capability building, and scaling healthy team dynamics.
