LTL Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

• You will manage day-to-day LTL operations for a dedicated group of offices and customers.
• You will serve as a knowledgeable resource for LTL systems, processes, and carrier requirements.
• You will coordinate with carriers and internal teams to resolve shipment issues and improve customer experience.

Qualifications:

• You have transportation or logistics experience, preferably in LTL or freight brokerage.
• You possess strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• You are proficient with transportation management systems and able to manage multiple priorities.
