Program & Event Execution:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute tennis activations at schools, conferences, tournaments, workshops, and community events.
- Support implementation and growth of the USTA Tennis in Schools program.
- Assist with the delivery of coaching workshops and youth participation initiatives.
Partnership Development:
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, PE teachers, and community organizations.
- Serve as a key point of contact for school-based tennis initiatives.
- Identify and support new school and community partners to expand access to tennis.
Data Tracking & Reporting:
- Collect and track participation data for tennis activations and school programs.
- Maintain accurate records of program participation, activities, and expenses.
- Assist in identifying trends and insights that support program planning.
