Essential Functions:
- Coordinate and execute logistics for Youth of the Year events.
- Manage high-volume travel coordination across program milestones.
- Oversee scholarship and award administration processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, youth development, sociology, psychology, public health, or a related field.
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in high-volume program operations, nonprofit coordination, or event logistics.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
