Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of OYEP operations across multiple sites.
- Assist with pre-season, in-season, and post-season operations planning.
- Engage in outreach and advocacy efforts where and when requested.
Safety Leadership:
- Act as a safety leader, promoting and reinforcing a strong culture of safety.
- Support field teams in meeting company safety policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
- Participate in safety planning, incident follow-up, and continuous improvement.
Staffing & Youth Engagement:
- Support seasonal staff and youth hiring and onboarding.
- Work closely with administration to ensure participant and seasonal staff contracts are completed.
- Provide support and guidance to Field Supervisors overseeing site operations.
