Business Performance & Decision Support:
- Provide fact-based insights that inform leadership decisions across sales, enrollment, retention, customer care, collections, and revenue integrity.
- Support the GM and leadership team through recurring business reviews, executive presentations, and strategic planning.
Insight Generation & Business Analysis:
- Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities before they become material issues.
- Conduct root-cause analysis, develop hypotheses, and translate data into clear recommendations.
Operations, Workforce & Customer Experience Analytics:
- Analyze customer care performance and contact drivers to improve operational efficiency and service outcomes.
- Partner with leadership to quantify improvement opportunities and measure results.
Executive Reporting & Performance Management:
- Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs that provide visible, timely, and actionable information.
- Increase reporting automation and visualization effectiveness to focus more capacity on insights and action.
