Senior/Staff Program Manager

Lead end-to-end program management for product delivery, ensuring seamless coordination across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Client Operations. Manage the entire product development lifecycle—from ideation through launch and post-launch performance tracking. Develop and implement efficient processes that enhance visibility, consistency, and execution quality across teams. Collaborate closely with Product leadership to translate roadmaps into actionable plans, monitor progress, and align initiatives with business goals. Drive stakeholder management by proactively communicating status, flagging risks, and removing blockers to keep projects on track. This role requires experience leading program management teams, ideally with direct reports, and a strong understanding of the product development lifecycle in fast-paced tech or SaaS environments. The ideal candidate will have excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with proficiency in tools like Jira and Asana, and a focus on defining and measuring success metrics.
