About the Role:
- Lead product engineering for an education technology company that helps schools plan schedules.
- Manage multiple product squads and partner with cross-functional leaders.
What You'll Do:
- Own delivery and team development across product squads focused on scheduling, visibility, reporting, and elementary education.
- Contribute code, review code, and pair with engineers with a 50/50 balance of hands-on work and leadership.
- Make architectural decisions and deliver high-value features ahead of the school scheduling season.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 3 years of engineering management experience driving product and business outcomes.
- Strong hands-on engineering skills in TypeScript or Python with React, AWS, and MongoDB.
- Experience scaling teams and guiding technical decisions in a startup or high-growth environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary $210,000 to $240,000 annually.
