About the Role:
- We are a growth-stage edtech company focused on school scheduling.
- This role leads multiple product engineering squads and reports to the CTO.
What You'll Do:
- Lead engineers and managers, driving delivery and technical direction.
- Stay hands-on with code, reviews, and pairing before shifting to leadership.
- Partner with product to deliver robust, scalable, AI-powered features.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of engineering experience and 3+ years of management experience.
- Expertise in TypeScript or Python, React, AWS, and MongoDB.
- Proven ability to scale teams and connect tech decisions to business outcomes.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $210,000 to $240,000 annually.
- Remote within the US and travel for retreats twice a year.
- Visa sponsorship is available.
