Responsibilities:

  • Manage delivery across multiple projects by owning integrated workplans, milestones, and resourcing, providing daily leadership to the delivery team.
  • Run stakeholder management and governance with executive-ready communications, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within the defined budget.
  • Redesign operating models and business processes, developing standard work and sustainment mechanisms to embed lasting changes for clients.

  • Develop a clear understanding of each client's business and guide teams to focus on key priorities, building meaningful business relationships.
  • Demonstrate initiative, responsibility, and analytical thinking while acting as a technical leader in complex analytical work and report writing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent, with 7+ years of consulting experience using Industrial Engineering principles.
  • Demonstrate success managing fixed-scope, time-boxed projects and small delivery teams across multiple industries.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of change management principles.
