Job Description
As Engineering Manager, you will:
- Lead and grow a global team of configuration engineers across India and nearshore locations.
- Mentor through live configuration reviews, retrospectives, and day-to-day problem solving.
- Build structured learning programs and certification goals to strengthen BriteCore and insurance domain fluency.
-Design and implement repeatable execution patterns across requirements intake, configuration, validation, and release workflows.
- Build dashboards and feedback loops that make operational performance visible and enable data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering enablement and QA to implement automation, validation scripts, and standardized change control practices.
- Partner closely with Product, Actuarial, and Underwriting to clarify requirements early and reduce rework.
- Facilitate structured working sessions to align business intent with configuration feasibility.
- Own configuration stability, release hygiene, and incident response.
