What You'll Do:
- Partner closely with Manifest's immigration attorneys to execute high-volume, high-quality work for corporate clients.
- Guide clients through document collection and evidence gathering, ensuring everything is complete, accurate, and compliant.
- Prepare USCIS forms and draft clean, persuasive, well-organized case materials tailored to each petition type.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in U.S. corporate immigration, including significant hands-on experience with EB-1A, O-1, EB-2 NIW, L-1.
- Experience managing high-volume corporate workloads and working directly with clients.
- Strong drafting skills and exceptional attention to detail.
