Managing Immigration Attorney/Of Counsel – (B2B - Corporate Practice)

What You'll Do:

• Lead a pod, owning everything it produces and everyone who produces it across the full employer-immigration spectrum for corporate clients.
• Manage client relationships directly where it matters most, and set the quality bar for the attorneys working alongside you.

What We're Looking For:

• J.D. and active U.S. bar admission with 10+ years of experience in employment-based immigration matters.
• A track record of leading and growing attorneys, measured on team outcomes rather than individual docket.
• Strong judgment on case strategy and quality, and comfort in a high-cadence, high-growth environment.
