Legal Services Consultant

Role Overview:

• Drive client success and growth for law firms using Eve's AI-native legal platform.
• Ensure high adoption, retention, and expansion of solutions across all stages of case management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard new firms in 90 days or less and achieve 90% case/matter utilization.
• Generate 5+ annual case studies and maintain 90%+ retention through proactive engagement.
• Provide client feedback to inform product roadmap and drive 15% YoY increase in contract value.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Customer Success experience with mid-size to enterprise accounts in legal tech.
• Strong understanding of law firm operations, compliance, and SaaS dynamics.
• Proven ability to manage $10M-$20M ARR book of business and execute strategic initiatives.
