What You'll Do:
- Guide customers through successful onboarding and implementation of Eve's solutions.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to help customers effectively use the product.
- Work with customers to understand workflows and configure solutions to meet their needs.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or success roles.
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
